IF YOUR PIECE ARRIVES DEFECTIVE
Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a prepaid return label, then replace your piece or issue a full refund. Your choice.
AFTER 30 DAYS
If your piece develops a defect in materials or craftsmanship, we'll repair or replace it. If that piece is no longer available, we'll issue store credit for the original purchase price.
WHAT'S COVERED

• Clasp, chain, or link failures
• Breakage not caused by misuse
WHAT'S NOT COVERED
• Lost or stolen pieces
• Normal wear and tear, including scratches or gradual fading of the gold plating
• Damage from accidents, improper storage, or misuse
