TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your”) and ENNVY Accessories (“ENNVY,” “we,” “us,” “our”) governing your access to and use of shopennvy.com (the “Site”), including any purchase you make through the Site.

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1) ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to make a purchase on our Site.

2) ORDERS, PRICING, AND AVAILABILITY

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct any pricing errors or inaccuracies

  • Cancel or refuse any order at our discretion (including suspected fraud or unauthorized activity)

  • Limit quantities purchased per person, household, or order

If we cancel an order after payment is processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

3) PRODUCT INFORMATION

We aim to display products and descriptions as accurately as possible. However:

  • Colors may vary by screen/device

  • Minor variations may occur due to production batches or photography

  • Measurements are approximate

4) SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

Shipping timelines, return eligibility, and refund rules are governed by our posted policies on the Site, including our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy.

5) PAYMENT

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

We use secure third-party payment processors. ENNVY does not store full payment card details.

6) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site—including product names, product photography, logos, graphics, copy, site design, and trademarks (“Content”)—is owned by or licensed to ENNVY and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or exploit any Content without our prior written permission.

7) PROHIBITED USE

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Site

  • Interfere with Site security or performance

  • Post or transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS/SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENNVY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PURCHASE.

IN NO EVENT WILL ENNVY’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ENNVY FOR THE ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some states do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

12) INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold ENNVY harmless from any claim, loss, or demand (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:

  • Your misuse of the Site

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of any law or third-party rights

13) GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

14) DISPUTES

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to jurisdiction in those courts.

15) CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted to this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
