We want you to love your ENNVY pieces. If you're not satisfied, we're here to make it right.

 

ELIGIBILITY
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. Final sale, engraved, or custom pieces are not eligible.

 

RETURN PROCESS
To start your return, email, text, or call us with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

 

SHIPPING TERMS
We offer complimentary standard U.S. shipping on all orders. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect, in which case, a prepaid return label will be provided.

INSPECTION & APPROVAL
All returns are subject to inspection. Once approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. If items are worn, damaged, or not in original condition, they will be returned to you.

 

REFUND TIMING
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.

 

STORE CREDIT OPTION
You may request store credit instead of a refund. Store credit never expires and can be used anytime at shopennvy.com.

 

LIFETIME CRAFTSMANSHIP GUARANTEE
We stand by the quality of our jewelry. If your item becomes defective after 30 days (e.g., a missing stone or broken clasp), we’ll replace it if in stock. If it’s no longer available, we’ll issue store credit for the original purchase price.

 

EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, return your original and place a new order.

 

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Gift cards, engraved, custom, and final sale items are non-refundable.

 

EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURNS
Orders placed between November 1st and December 31st qualify for extended returns through February 15th.
