We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders—no minimum required.

 

If you change your mind, you have 30 days from delivery to request a refund or store credit. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached.

 

To start a return, simply email hello@shopennvy.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send you the instructions and shipping details.

 

Beyond the 30-day window, your purchase is protected by our Lifetime Care Promise. If your piece breaks, tarnishes, or arrives defective, we’ll repair, replace, or issue store credit to make it right.
